Philosophy
AI should take the heavy lifting, not the people.
I run an AI consulting and business audit practice. People often assume that means my goal is to replace your team with software. It isn't.
What I believe
AI is good at repetitive, rule-based work: sorting, first drafts, reporting, scheduling, data entry, follow-ups. It is not good at taste, judgment, relationships or original ideas. Those stay human, and they are usually what makes a business worth choosing.
Where the time goes
When a tool takes over the heavy lifting, the hours it frees up do not have to disappear. They can go to the work that grows a business: better client experience, new offers, content, partnerships, product ideas. That is where a person adds more than any tool can.
The honest part
In some businesses, especially small ones watching their capital, a role may change or may no longer be needed. I won't pretend otherwise. I will show you what your workflows say, and the decision stays with you. My aim is that any change is deliberate and fair, not a reaction to a trend.
How I work
Fit before tools. We start with how your business already works, not with a list of tools.
People stay in the loop. A human reviews anything that reaches a client.
Ethical and open. Your team and your clients should know where AI is used. If I ever have a partnership with a tool I recommend, I will tell you.
Built for the long term. I aim to leave you with systems your own team can run without me.
Better use of people, time and money
The goal is a business that spends its hours and its budget more carefully and still sounds like you. Not a shortcut. A better use of the people you already have.
